We are SO excited to bring you A Weekend of Healing  PLUS Reiki Level 1 Training with special guest Dr. Vanessa Febles coming all the way from Tampa, Florida.  This is the first time we will be having a Reiki Level 1 training at Quiet Mind Yoga, it is going to be life changing!

Who is Vanessa:

Vanessa is a very gifted Reiki Master, Holistic Physical Therapist and Intuitive.  With over 15 years experience as a physical therapist, she has seen how clients‘ biographies affect their biologies.  She began to investigate mind body medicine, became a Reiki Master, Holistic Coach and Yoga instructor and now integrates several modalities in her body work including chakra balancing. Her mission is to help people see where they are stuck and help them go beyond their perceived limitations to manifest their deepest desires

What is Reiki:

Reiki is an energetic modality that originated in Japan with the work of Dr. Mikao Usui in the 1920s, a physician who experienced a Spiritual Awakening.  

 

Reiki works on the physical body as well as the subtle body.  The subtle body consists of the very real parts of us that we cannot actually see; our emotional body, mental body and spiritual body.  Reiki connects us to God with moving Life Force Energy called Chi/Qi/Prana.  It has become a more mainstream complimentary tool in the medical community and can have a profound effect on the individual receiving it and the practitioner giving it.

What will this weekend consist of:

Throughout this weekend Vanessa Febles plus various member of the QMY team will offer 2 different special classes including Yoga, Breathwork, Cacao and of course, Reiki. PLUS Vanessa will be opening spots for private 1:1 Reiki/ Energy Healing sessions, where she will utilize various techniques to curate a session specifically for you. AND to top it off Vanessa will be offering a training for YOU to learn how to facilitate Reiki to yourself and others. You do not want to miss this!

What exactly will happen during the Reiki Level 1 Training:

Throughout this course, you will learn about energy movement, chakras, how to clear and protect your energy, as well as hand placements for when you heal yourself and others.

You will have time to practice in a safe space with your classmates and with your instructor.

 

An Attunement is a beautiful, powerful experience. The Reiki Master opens your energetic pathways and this allows Reiki energy to flow freely through you.  This can have a profound impact on your health and community. Reiki helps us become more connected to our intuition, can help us feel more calm and grounded, and can decrease physical pain.

Our intention with this weekend is to give each person the space to use a variety of modalities to work on what  it is they need to for their life.  Whether you are looking to heal physically, mentally and/or emotionally, we are here to support you.  PLUS we want to also empower those who wish to honor their sovereignty and intuitive sense through learning Reiki. Level I helps lay the foundation of living a life more attuned to energy and offers support in healing on multiple levels.
